​​In my Seasonal Yoga classes, our focus is on improving  physical strength, flexibility and balance through exercises designed to align our bodies with the changing energies of nature and the seasons.  

At the same time we strengthen and de-stress our minds through relaxation and meditation.

I aim to create a welcoming and relaxing environment and my classes are open to adults of all ages and experience, including beginners.

About me

I became hooked on yoga when I discovered that it helped me build mental resilience during a  difficult time in my life.

Over time, I have also found that it has strengthened my body which is very useful in daily life especially now that I am a new grandparent.

I am the strongest I have ever been and this would not have happened without yoga as I had never been attracted to physical exercise before I discovered yoga.

Come to my classes so I can share the magic of yoga with you.

I modify yoga poses so you can feel confident to take things at your own pace.

Yoga Journey and Qualifications 

I became passionate about yoga  15 years ago when it helped me with my own personal challenges. I was keen to share this magic with others so I decided to embark on a course to teach yoga to children which I completed in 2018. 

After two years of teaching children, I was ready to train to teach adults and I completed a 200 hours course in Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. After starting to teach in 2021, I decided to enrol  in more courses including Yin yoga which I really enjoy plus further intensive Seasonal Yoga teacher training. 

In June 2024, I also completed a course in Special Yoga for Adults and I would also like to share yoga with adults with Down Syndrome in the near future.

Club Yo-Chi Teacher Training for Children (30 hours) 

Seasonal Teacher Training for children.

2021 

200 hours Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training 

An amazing life changing course which took 12 months to complete 

2022 

Seasonal Yin (50 hours) 

Seasonal Intensive (50 hours) 

I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching Yin due to its meditative benefits. Further Seasonal Teacher training focussed on Yin seasons of Late Summer, Autumn and Winter
