The principles of Seasonal Yoga include learning how to observe the cycles of nature and how to adapt accordingly by making changes in exercise, diet and lifestyle to have a positive influence on our health, self-esteem and wellbeing.
In my classes, we will focus on the energy and organs of each season to give you the tools to manage your own health and wellbeing.
My classes are suitable for adults of any age including beginners. We will work with yoga postures relevant for each season and include some breathing and meditation to help manage our response to the ups and downs of daily life.

I have always shied away from sport and physical exercise but when I tried yoga I was hooked because it is so much more than exercise.

I like to take things slowly (as you can see from this photo I felt more comfortable kneeling on a paddle board and will stand up when I am ready. What's the rush?)
I modify yoga poses so you can feel confident to take things at your own pace.
